Jeff Burton has five races in which to catch Jimmie Johnson. For online wagering fans that have placed a NASCAR online bet on Burton, things don’t look too good. Johnson was masterful last Saturday night when holding his second place position in the Bank of America 500.

Now, Kansas City, nearing the verge of total collapse, has some off-field drama with the news that starting running back Larry Johnson has been charged with assault of a female – for the third time – since joining Kansas City as the teams first round draft pick in 2003.
The Pittsburgh Panthers (4-1 SU, 1-4 ATS, 1-4 O/U) have reeled off four straight wins, including an encouraging 26-21 win over, then No. 10South Florida on Oct. 2 after a season-opening loss to mediocre Bowling Green.
The Navy Midshipmen (4-2 SU, 3-2 ATS, 2-3 O/U), have won three straight contests, to halt a modest two-game skid, beating Air Force 33-27 on the road in their most recent game on Oct. 4.
The Akron Zips (3-4 SU, 4-3 ATS, 5-2 O/U) and Eastern Michigan Eagles (2-5 SU, 1-5 ATS, 1-5 O/U), are both in desperate need of a victory after suffering losses this past weekend and will be gunning for a victory on Saturday when they meet at Rynearson Stadium.
The Washington Redskins (4-2 SU, 4-2 ATS, 2-4 O/U) were caught off guard by the previously-winless St. Louis Rams in a contest I predicted correctly in the BetUS Locker Room last week, losing 19-17 at home on Sunday.

The Chicago Bears (3-3 SU, 3-2-1 ATS, 2-4 O/U), fell to the surprising, young Atlanta Falcons 22-20 on the road last week on a last-second field goal and need a win in the worst way as they host their longtime NFC North rivals, the Minnesota Vikings (3-3 SU, 2-4 ATS, 3-3 O/U) this week.
Not only are the he Boise State Broncos (5-0 SU, 3-1 ATS, 1-3O/U) averaging a whopping 33.6 points per game this season, but their fantastic defense seventh-ranked defense is limiting opponents to just 11.2 points per game this season and has held their opponents to seven points or fewer in four of their five games.
