Well here we are again and the Ohio State Buckeyes are in another BCS bowl game. Well recent history has not been good for the Buckeyes with them losing the last two BCS National Championship games. Coach Tressell has had many sleepless nights trying to figure out why they have not been able to compete with the big boys in CFB.
Since the BCS system started there has been 42 games! One of those was a pick em game that was won by USC in the Rose bowl in 2007 over Michigain. Of the rest of the 41 games the underdog is 21-20 against the spread! Which is what you would expect, but what you would not expect is that of those underdogs 16 of those covers were actually wins straight up! Even more to this point is that the last three seasons underdogs are 7-6 against the number and 6-7 straight up. Now that is unbelievable profit if you bet the underdogs straight up!
The tenth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes (10-2 SU, 5-6 ATS, 5-6 O/U) have won and covered the spread in three straight games for BetUS NCAA college football online betting backers. The third-ranked Texas Longhorns (11-1 SU, 9-3 ATS, 6-6 O/U) have also won three consecutive games in the BetUS Sportsbook, while covering the spread for backers in each of their last two contests. Â
The Penn State Nittany Lions (11-1 SU, 7-3-1 ATS, 7-4 O/U) have won two consecutive games in emphatic fashion since getting surprised by Iowa back on Nov. 8. The Southern California Trojans (11-1 SU, 6-6 ATS, 3-8-1 O/U) have ripped off nine straight wins in the BetUS Sportsbook and are playing their best football of the season at the right time despite not covering the spread for backers in three of their last four. Â
The Kansas Jayhawks (6-5 SU, 5-5 ATS, 6-4 O/U) have dropped two straight games in the Sportsbooks and four of five overall after a promising 4-1 start to the 2008-09 campaign. The Missouri Tigers (9-2 SU, 5-5 ATS, 5-5 O/U) have won four straight and look to extend their winning streak with another victory this week.
The North Carolina Tar Heels (7-4 SU, 5-5 ATS, 6-4 O/U) have dropped two straight games and are coming off a dismal 41-10 loss to ACC rivals, North Carolina State on Saturday where they failed to cover the spread for college football sports betting backers as an 11-point home favorite.
The Kansas Jayhawks (6-5 SU, 5-5 ATS, 6-4 O/U) have dropped two straight games in the BetUS Sportsbook and four of five overall after a promising 4-1 start to the 2008-09 campaign. The Wake Forest Demon Deacons (6-4 SU, 4-6 ATS, 4-6 O/U) and BetUS NCAA football sports betting fanatics everywhere saw their two-game winning streak snapped on Saturday.
The Tennessee Volunteers (3-7 SU, 3-7 ATS, 1-9 O/U) have seen their 2008-09 season crash and burn under lame-duck head coach Phil Fulmer! Losers of three straight games in the BetUS Sportsbook, the Vols will hit the road in this matchup to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores (6-4 SU, 7-3 ATS, 4-5-1 O/U) who snapped their own four-game skid with a big win on Saturday.
The Missouri Tigers (8-2 SU, 4-5 ATS, 4-5 O/U) have won three straight games in the BetUS Sportsbook but have failed to cover the spread in each of their last two outings. The Iowa State Cyclones (2-8 SU, 4-5 ATS, 6-3 O/U) have lost eight straight games and probably want to see their 2008-09 season come to a swift end soon.
The Clemson Tigers (4-4 SU, 1-5 ATS, 1-5 O/U) snapped a three-game losing streak by picking up a huge conference win on Saturday. The Florida State Seminoles (6-2 SU, 3-2-1 ATS, 4-2 O/U) lost an important conference matchup in heart-breaking fashion in the final seconds, also on Saturday.
