Big 12 Conference Football Handicapping Tips

Tony George’s Big 12 Report

Conference action opens up finally for the Big 12 this Saturday. While other conferences like the SEC, ACC, Big 10 and PAC 10 have opened up conference play, with some major upsets already in those conferences, The Big 12 has established 5 teams in the Top 25 and 2 teams in the Top 3. Look for Missouri and Oklahoma to be the power of this conference this season once again, and no doubt butt heads in Kansas City in December for the Big 12 Championship.

Betting MLB Playoffs – Baseball Profits

Baseball Profits soon forgotten – WAKE UP!

Yes, the King of all wagering sports is in full swing, that would be football. Year in and year out it amazes me that action junkies wait till football to unload 10 or more games a weekend in football, and pound Monday Night football with all they have to chase losses or attempt to double up on profits. You are forgetting one thing, the money is just as green if not greener in MLB this time of year, and I make tons of it!

Option Teams Paying Off For Backers

by Robert Ferringo – 09/29/2008

The Option Offense in football is one of the most venerable and classic nuances of America’s New National Pastime. The Wishbone. The Wing T. The Single Wing. The very thought of The Option brings one back to Yesteryear, Better Days and Days of Yore. Those were simpler times – The Option reflects that – and a Golden Time when speakeasies, jazz, hard work and racism were at the fabric of American Society.

2008-09 NBA Wagering Preview – Miami Heat

The Miami Heat (15-67 SU, 35-46-1 ATS, 37-43-2 O/U), took a huge step backwards last season, going a pitiful 15-67 just one season after posting a respectable 44-38 record.

2008-09 NBA Wagering Preview – Atlanta Hawks

When last we saw the Atlanta Hawks (37-45 SU, 37-44-1 ATS, 42-40 O/U), they were scaring the bejesus out of the Boston Celtics, running the defending champions unmercifully at home before falling in seven games.

NCAA Football Free Picks – Week 6 – USC and Georgia Tumble

The USC Trojans opened up the college football betting weekend with a bang by losing to Oregon State and their tattooed quarterback. Georgia had the door wide open to take the top spot in the country, only to have the door slammed in a bloody nose by the Crimson Tide. Then Florida, of all teams, loses to Mississippi. So who’s on top of the mountain now?

NCAAF Week Six Free Picks Analysis – No.12 Oregon at No. 9 USC

After watching the USC Trojans (2-1 SU, 2-1 ATS, 0-2-1 O/U), get their rear ends handed to them in last week’s 27-21 road loss to Oregon State, I am surprised that Southern Cal is giving so many points to a talented Oregon Ducks (4-1 SU, 3-2 ATS, 3-2 O/U), team that is coming off a thorough 63-14 rout of beleaguered Washington on Saturday.
