Okay NBA BetUS Sportsbook faithful, I’m going on record once again to rip the Washington Wizards (43-39 SU, 46-36 ATS, 44-38 O/U) after giving them the benefit of the doubt all of last year.
As we are moving into another week of the NCAA football season, we’ve experienced some shockers, to be sure, and that has thrown the whole NCAA title proposition into a little chaos. We want to take a look at where all the numbers currently stand at BetUS Sportbook, and who might emerge as the front-runners (and/or darkhorses) to take the prize at the end of the year.
Two teams hoping to pull some surprises in the Big Ten will get together on Saturday as the Iowa Hawkeyes (3-2 SU, 2-2 ATS) face off against the Michigan State Spartans (4-1 SU, 3-2 ATS) in NCAA college football action that is slated to kick off at Noon ET at Spartan Stadium (natural turf) in East Lansing, MI.
Saturday, October 4
Two undefeated SEC squads square off on Saturday as the Alabama Crimson Tide (5-0 SU, 4-1 ATS), which is second in the nation in one poll, plays host to the Kentucky Wildcats (4-0 SU, 2-1 ATS) in NCAA college football action that is set to get underway at 3:30 PM ET at Bryant-Denny Stadium (natural turf) in Tuscaloosa, AL.
The Washington State Cougars (1-4 SU, 0-4 ATS) have been going through a horrible spell. On Saturday they will try to get something going against another team that is struggling, the UCLA Bruins (1-3 SU, 2-2 ATS), in Pac-10 action that is part of a big NCAA college football weekend. Kickoff time is 10:15 PM ET at the Rose Bowl (natural turf) in Pasadena, CA.
Saturday, October 4
The Texas Tech Red Raiders (4-0 SU, 1-0-1 ATS) will be looking to stay undefeated on Saturday when they square off against the Kansas State Wildcats (3-1 SU, 1-2 ATS) in a Big 12 contest in NCAA college football that is scheduled to kick off at 3:30 PM ET at Snyder Family Stadium (artificial turf) in Manhattan, KS.
The Minnesota Golden Gophers (4-1 SU, 3-1 ATS) will try to rebound from their first loss of the season when they play host to the Indiana Hoosiers (2-2 SU, 1-2 ATS) in a Big Ten game in NCAA college football action that is slated for a Noon ET kickoff at the Metrodome (artificial turf) in Minneapolis.
The San Diego Chargers, (2-2 SU, 2-1-1-ATS, 4-0 O/U), are starting to round into form BetUS NFL wagering fanatics!
After dropping their first two games of the season in heart-breaking fashion, the Chargers have bounced back nicely, winning consecutive games emphatically, including Sunday’s 28-18 win over the dysfunctional Oakland Raiders.
Both the Ravens and the Titans have gotten off to good starts this NFL season. The Ravens dropped a game just this past Monday night versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was a game that the Ravens should have probably won. Turnovers in the second half killed them in that one.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have proven that even though a lot of things have changed in the NFL this season, some things have stayed the same. Tampa plays defense like no other team in the NFL. They are a group of young, ball-hawking, tough guys led by middle linebacker Barrett Rudd.
The New York Giants (3-0 SU, 2-1 ATS, 2-1 O/U) and Seattle Seahawks (1-2 SU, 1-2 ATS, 3-0 O/U), are each coming off a Week 4 bye in the BetUS Sportsbook but that’s about the only thing these two teams have in common at this early stage of the season!
Maybe it’s me BetUS Sportsbook NFL bettors, but I have absolutely no idea how or why the mediocre Arizona Cardinals (2-2 SU, 2-2 ATS, 2-2 O/U), are favored over the surprising Buffalo Bills (4-0 SU, 3-1 ATS, 3-1 O/U), in this Week 5 NFL matchup!
The San Diego Chargers needed a miracle fourth quarter in order to beat the Oakland Raiders this past Sunday. The Raiders were up by fifteen points going into that fourth quarter. They gave up twenty-five.
The Redskins and Eagles meet in a key match-up this Sunday with the Redskins a half game behind the New York Giants for the NFC East lead. The Redskins, after that first week loss to the Giants, have been absolutely fantastic since.
The injuries in the AFC have started to pile up to the point that before making any wagers on some of the stalwarts in the AFC, the San Diego Chargers for example, online betting fans had better take a look at that injury report.
