The Arizona Cardinals are the biggest surprise in the NFL so far this year. Arizona enters this game at 4-0 after pulling off a big comeback victory over Miami last weekend.
Division foe St. Louis will host them this Thursday night on NFL Network.
Miami is about where we expected they would be as we close out the first quarter of the season on Sunday.
After getting trounced by Miami Oakland rallied with a surprising victory against Pittsburgh last week.
Minnesota pulled off probably the biggest shocker of last week as they beat San Francisco as 7 point underdogs. Sure the game was at home but nobody really gave them a chance of beating a 49ers that was looking like the best in the league.
The Titans (1-2) got their first win of the season last week and Jake Locker had the best game of his career with 378 passing yards with 2 TD. However, he is not getting much help from RB Chris Johnson and they will be facing a Houston defense that ranks in the top 5 on the league in both pass and run defense.
There is a good chance they could get back on track in this game facing the Jets (2-1), who are at home, but lost their defensive leader in CB Darrelle Revis in their last game. NFL lines have the 49ers as 4-point road favorites with a total of 41.5.
The Falcons have taken an early commanding lead in the NFC South at 3-0 while the Bucs and Panthers are 1-2 and the Saints are, surprisingly, 0-3.
The Pats are only 1-2, but they have 2 close losses decided by field goals. The Bills are 2-1 and they have looked pretty good, but their 2 wins have come over the Chiefs and Browns.
The Falcons have taken an early commanding lead in the NFC South at 3-0 while the Bucs and Panthers are 1-2 and the Saints are, surprisingly, 0-3.
The Ravens got over their tough 1-point loss to the Eagles with a solid win over the Patriots in their last game and now face a winless Browns’ team that is struggling on both sides of the ball.
After getting torched by Baltimore in the opener on Monday Night the opinion of the Bengals was definitely knocked down a peg.
What a dog of a game this one is. Jacksonville could very easily be the worst team in the NFL this season and Indianapolis is the least experienced I think. Put them together and this one could get pretty ugly to watch.
Many are looking for a regression from the Lions this year. That might be the casee ventually but there is no real evidence yet.
I think by now everyone is familiar with the likelihood of an 0-2 team making the playoffs. If it is going to happen though the Chiefs are in the right division to do it.
The Dolphins got their first win of the season last week and while they have a solid rushing offense and defense the same cannot be said about their passing offense and defense.
Both the Bucs and the Cowboys had impressive opening season wins, but each lost last week. The Bucs had a big lead over the Giants, but their pass defense let them down and they ended up losing.
