The Golden State Warriors and the Denver Nuggets play the rubber match of their three-game season series tonight at the Pepsi Center. The game is set to tip at 8:30 p.m. (ET) and it will be available on NBA League Pass.
Golden State has already won nine more games than last season and would love to end the season on a high note with victories over Denver and Portland, which are both in the playoffs. The Warriors already beat the Trail Blazers 108-87 last Tuesday as a 10-point road favorite and shocked the LA Lakers 95-87 the following night as a six-point home favorite. They are currently 35-45 straight-up and 39-40-1 against the spread.
This team continues to improve with quality players such as Monta Ellis, Stephen Curry, and David Lee already in place. Ellis leads the team with 24.1 points a game, while Curry has a team-high 5.8 assists and Lee is the leading rebounder with 9.9. Golden State is seventh in the NBA in scoring with an average of 103.2 points a game. Defensively, they are ranked 26th in points allowed; giving up an average of 105.6. 
Denver is currently the fifth seed in the Western Conference and can officially lock-up that spot with a win tonight. It has won eight of its last 10 games including a 130-106 victory over Minnesota on Saturday as a 13 ½-point home favorite. It is currently 49-31 SU and 42-34-4 ATS.
The Nuggets are wrapping up the regular season a bit banged up with Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler listed as doubtful and Chris Anderson and Arron Afflalo listed as questionable for this game. All four are expected to ready to go for the playoffs, but will most likely sit this one out. In their place, look for players such as Ty Lawson, Gary Forbes, and Kenyon Martin to pick up the slack.
The Nuggets have won eight of the last nine games SU and are 6-2 ATS in the last eight, but stick with Golden State to cover the 12 point spread, as it takes full advantage of a depleted Denver lineup to keep this game close.
