2014 Denver Predictions
The Denver Broncos came one win away from the Vince Lombardi trophy. Their high-powered offense was held in check, but that was not the sole point of their emphasis of improvement this offseason.

The Kansas City Chiefs had a very impressive turnaround season under first year coach Andy Reid. They benefited from a very weak first half of the schedule and used that to get out of the gates rolling to an 11-5 record.
The Oakland Raiders had a very tough year again. The fan base continues to support the players but the patience is beginning to run thin as expectations are for this team to no longer be at the bottom of the AFC.
The San Diego Chargers endured a season in which their success was on the arm of their Pro Bowl quarterback Phillip Rivers. Ranking 4th in total passing yards at 270.5 yards per game, the aerial attack of the Chargers was in full effect and their addition of first year head coach Mike McCoy paid off.
The Oakland Raiders made it all the way to the Super Bowl after the 2002 season and had not been heard from since with seven straight losing season, until last year’s 8-8 record returned some hope to the ‘Sliver and Black’s’ faithful legion of fans.
Legendary Bronco quarterback John Elway is back in the picture with Denver as a member of the front office, but unless he can get in good enough shape to reclaim his place behind center, 2011 is shaping up as another long season for this team.
When Todd Haley took over the head coaching duties in Kansas City in 2009, he inherited a team that won six games in the previous two seasons combined.
San Diego is coming off a 9-7 record in 2010 but had what has to be considered a down year after failing to win the AFC West and missing the playoffs for the time since ending up in the exact same predicament in 2005.
