Both teams are coming off embarrassing losses to their most hated rivals, and are looking to get to a BCS bowl game. Each team will or lose with the running game, although the approaches are quite different.

There is just one more roadblock on Texas’ quest to play for a National Championship against the winner of the SEC, and it comes Saturday, when they face the Nebraska Cornhuskers in Arlington, Texas in the Big XII title game.
The college football season has produced six unbeaten teams going into the final weekend. There are no one-loss teams.
Headlining the week is a #1 vs #2 matchup between the Florida Gators and the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC championship game. The winner goes to the BCS championship game.
The game is known as a Civil War matchup, pitting in-state rivals Oregon State against the high-flying Ducks. Last year, the Beavers were upset 65-38 by Oregon after piling up six straight victories. With a berth against Ohio State at Pasadena, revenge will be on the mind of each Oregon State player as they take to the gridiron in what is swiftly becoming a Civil War of the Roses.
USC Ends Season On A High Note Against Arizona
For the first time in five years, USC will be absent from the Rose Bowl game. Losses to Oregon, Stanford and Washington ensured that they would not get a chance to play in a prestigious BCS bowl game and for a team that enjoyed such unmitigated success over the past decade, that is a tough pill to swallow.
After 12 weeks of football, 11-0 Indianapolis is the first team to officially clinch their division and in the case of 11-0 New Orleans and 10-1 Minnesota it is just a matter of time. Every other division is still up for grabs with some races being much closer than others. New England, Cincinnati, and Arizona all have a two game lead, while San Diego and Dallas each lead by one.
