Week 11 of the NFL is on the horizon and if Week 10 is any indication it should be a fun ride. The Browns, the Lions and the Cardinals enter the week looking to maintain their improbable leads atop their respective decisions while teams like New Orleans and Pittsburgh look to bounce back from disheartening losses.

Thursday, November 13

Bills at Dolphins
Week 11 Point Spread: Bills +5

A critical AFC East clash kicks off Week 11 when the 5-3 Bills take on the 5-4 Dolphins. Both teams are coming off uber-disappointing Week 10 losses. Buffalo is the underdog in this one but I like them to prevail. They won the first meeting handily 29-10 and have won three in a row in the series. Buffalo won the matchup last year in Miami 23-21.

Sunday, November 16

Texans at Browns
Week 11 Point Spread: Browns -3

The AFC North leading (you indeed read right!!!) Cleveland Browns have a good thing going right now – efficient and effective offense and stifling defense. The Browns have won five of their last six games while the Texans have lost four of their last five and will turn to Ryan Mallett at QB. Gotta take Cleveland in this one!

Vikings at Bears
Week 11 Point Spread: Vikings + 3 1/2

The Bears are in absolute disarray and now they return home where they are 0-3 SU and ATS this season – 1-9-1 ATS in their last 11 home games! Chicago has surrendered 50+ points the last two games and unfortunately for them the offense isn’t keeping up. The Vikes have quietly won two straight games and off a bye look prime to at least cover the 3 1/2.

Seahawks at Chiefs
Week 11 Point Spread: pk

The Chiefs have put together a nice four game win streak while the Hawks have won three in a row. Seattle however has failed to cover in their last five games. The good news for the Hawks is that the running game is dominant again and that the defense seems to be coming around. In a close game take the defending champs to gut this one out.

Eagles at Packers
Week 11 Point Spread: Lines Not Available Yet

In this Heavyweight showdown expect Green Bay to be 6-7 point favorites here and rightfully so. The Packers look like the best team in the NFL right now while the Eagles don’t look far behind. This should be the game of the weekend – I like Green Bay to outscore the Eagles in the highest scoring game on the schedule.

Falcons at Panthers
Week 11 Point Spread: Falcons +1 1/2

If anyone watched the Monday Nighter, this pick becomes easy!

Bengals at Saints
Week 11 Point Spread: Saints -6 1/2

The Saints will be eager to avenge a rare home loss this week. They take on a Bengals team that looked absolutely miserable in Week 10. I just can’t support an Andy Dalton team in an important game – period!

Bucs at Redskins
Week 11 Point Spread: Redskins -7

The Redskins return from their bye to take on a Bucs team that has covered three times on the road this season. That said the Bucs are 29th in the NFL in total defense (391.2), 31st in passing defense (285.3). Robert Griffin should have a terrific day Sunday as the Skins easily win this game.

Broncos at Rams
Week 11 Point Spread: Broncos -9

Don’t be afraid of Denver as a road favorite – they have covered both times in that situation this year. Peyton Manning bounced back from an ugly outing and now gets a crack at the league’s third worst passing defense. There is no way the Rams score enough to keep it close.

49ers at Giants
Week 11 Point Spread: 49ers -4

San Francisco won in one of the toughest road buildings in the game in Week 10 and now has the honor of taking on a Giants team that surrendered 350 rushing yards to Seattle in Week 10. The G-Men have now lost four straight games and are looking like one of the worst teams in the game. Expect San Francisco to run all over New York en route to an easy win.

Lions at Cardinals
Week 11 Point Spread: Lions +2

The teams with the best records in the NFC ride four game win streaks into Arizona Sunday in what could be the game of the weekend. The biggest factor here will be the absence of Carson Palmer who was lost for the season. Drew Stanton has filled in admirably but to beat the Lions – teams have to be at their absolute best right now – the Cards won’t quite be there.

Raiders at Chargers
Week 11 Point Spread: Raiders +9 1/2

I know what you are thinking – the Raiders bouncing back after a humiliating Week 10 loss? You may be right but the Chargers lost 37-0 to Miami before their bye and they only beat Oakland by 3 points in Week 6. San Diego isn’t Denver – I expect the Raiders to show a little pride and to keep this one close. San Diego has failed to cover in four straight games ahead of this one – expect that trend to continue.

Patriots at Colts
Week 11 Point Spread: Patriots +2 1/2

How fun is this game going to be? Two of the best in the AFC and two of the highest scoring teams in the league meet in what has the chance to be a classic. Both teams are coming off their bye looking to keep impressive streaks going. I like Tom Brady to build off an impressive beat down of another one of the NFLs elite QBs Peyton Manning. New England is the best team in the AFC – Sunday night promises to strengthen that claim.

Monday, November 17

Steelers at Titans
Week 11 Point Spread: Steelers -5

Pittsburgh laid an egg in Week 10 and will be eager to avenge that loss. In their way are the Titans who are starting a rookie QB on an offense that has done virtually nothing the last couple of months. Pittsburgh is going to come in mad – look for this game to be another nationally televised blowout.
