While the league celebrates its milestone, bettors have an opportunity to ring in the event with a reason to celebrate of their own.

Here are 10 teams worthy of a closer look when betting on Super Bowl 50.

Indianapolis Colts +1000

It’s a little concerning that the Colts did little to supplement their defense given what the Patriots have done to that group in recent years, but Indianapolis was able to give Andrew Luck some extra weapons on offense.

The Colts may just be able to outscore their opponents en route to a memorable years.

Philadelphia Eagles +2000

Chip Kelly’s moves may not make sense to everyone, but wide receivers aren’t overly important in his system, and he’s supplemented his depth at running back, which is where the team will really do its damage. He also upgraded his starting running back and brought in a top cornerback to help the team’s secondary.

San Francisco 49ers +2500

With a defensive-minded head coach now at the helm, the 49ers figure to a make a return to the ground and pound system that made the team so effective prior to last season. While Frank Gore may be gone, sophomore Carlos Hyde appears ready to take the reins.

Arizona Cardinals +2500

Bruce Arians has done some terrific things in his short time in Arizona. While a playoff win has still eluded his Cardinals, the healthy return of Carson Palmer should have Arizona back in contention for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

Cincinnati Bengals +3000

Andy Dalton’s fear of bright lights has held the Bengals back in recent years, but if he can somehow figure out a way to settle his nerves in the big games, Cincinnati already has all the other pieces in place for a title run.

New York Giants +3000

Every few years, everything just seems to fall into place for the Giants. In what’s become a predominantly pass-heavy league, the Giants look like they’ll be the team with the best one-two combo at wide receiver with Odell Beckham Jr. emerging and the return of a healthy Victor Cruz.

Kansas City Chiefs +3000

While it’s been no secret that the offense has been solid, Kansas City’s defense has been sneaky good for the team over the last two seasons. With Jeremy Maclin and Travis Kelce in position to bring some much needed explosiveness to the team’s passing offense, this could be the year the Chiefs prove their doubters wrong.

San Diego Chargers +3000

Before Philip Rivers got hurt last year, the Chargers were looking like a team with a chance to make a run at the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Head coach Mike McCoy has done a great job in his short time in San Diego.

Buffalo Bills +5000

The team’s switch to a 3-4 defense seems curious given that the Bills’ strength in recent years has been the play of its defensive line, but Rex Ryan has made that system work in previous stops. The team’s moves this offseason are clear indications that they’re looking to win now.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +20000

The amount of talent on the Bucs just hasn’t meshed with the record the team has put out in recent years. The team has a lot of solid pieces in place, and now figures to add Jameis Winston to the mix, likely solidifying the team’s prospects at the quarterback position. With Lovie Smith getting another year to implement his system, Tampa could be ready to make a run.

Here is a look at the rest of the teams and their odds of winning Super Bowl 50.

  • New England Patriots +500
  • Seattle Seahawks +600
  • Green Bay Packers +700
