Cappers Picks & Matt Martz,
Just wondering if you all feel the same way about Oklahoma two months into the season as you did in early August? The true college football fan seems to understand the full potential, talent development, motivational coaching, and schedule attributes much better than any handicapper on this site.

Just reminding you guys that you were very reluctant to indicate that the Sooners would make the Top 25. Do you guys still feel the same way about Oklahoma at this juncture in the collegiate football season? Please advise. Go Big X!!

OU is still overrated.
To justify a top 10 ranking, they have to prove that they can hold a lead without losing ground in the 4th quarter.

Agreed Andy. With the exception of Florida State –who by the way have fallen way off the polls– they are yet to show they can dominate.

And before you say it, beating Texas –who lost to UCLA–doesn’t count (oh and there out of the top 25 now too). They barely held on against Air Force, and their other two wins are against unranked teams under .500. Including Cincy who darn near came back to beat them.

Do I still feel the same? Yes I do.
