The Connecticut Huskies (2-0, 0-0 Big East), squeaked by the Temple Owls on the road on Saturday, winning 12-9 in overtime on Donald Brown’s 7-yard touchdown run just one week after pounding tiny Hofstra 35-3 at home in their season opener.
The Virginia Cavaliers (1-1, 0-0 ACC), beat Richmond 16-0 at home on Saturday to get in the win column after getting completely embarrassed in their season opener, losing to USC at home 52-7.
