The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will look to continue their climb in the Big East standings with a victory over the DePaul Blue Demons. Thursday’s game from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont is set for 7 p.m. and it will be broadcast on ESPN.
Notre Dame finds itself just two games behind Pittsburgh in the Big East standings after a huge 56-51 win over the Panthers as a 10 ½-point road underdog on Jan.24. The Irish are now 17-4 straight-up on the year (9-7 against the spread) and 6-3 SU in conference play. 
Ben Hansbrough and Tim Abromaitis continue to lead the way for this team. Hansbrough is averaging 16.5 points and four assists a game, while Abromaitis is averaging 14.2 points and 6.5 rebounds. Notre Dame as a team is averaging 75 points and 37 rebounds a game.
DePaul has really struggled this season especially in the conference. The Blue Demons are 6-14 SU overall (9-10 ATS) and still searching for their first Big East victory against eight straight defeats.
