This year’s NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament appears to be one of the most wide-open tourneys in recent years – and that could be good news for those basketball bettors at Bodog. There are probably about 20 or so teams that have a real shot at getting to Indianapolis for the Final Four this year, so it’s unlikely we see a repeat of the 2008 Final Four when all four No. 1 seeds made it for the first time.

We certainly may see a repeat of the ’06 Final Four when little-known George Mason made it all the way to the national semifinals as a No. 11 seed. Could the loaded Big East get a record three teams in the Final Four again like it did in 1985? This could be the final year the field is at 65, with rumors of an expansion to 96 schools coming in 2011.
