Carmelo Anthony is questionable, but from what I’ve read he expects to play. That’ll likely help the Knicks although that may not be true because the Knicks actually play fairly well when Anthony isn’t playing.

The Bucks are 6-4 in their last 10 games while the Knicks haven’t won in 15 straight games. The Bucks will be favored, but the spread shouldn’t be that high because we’re talking about the Bucks after all.
New York has been poor all year and they average 92.9 PPG (29th), 39.2 RPG (29th) and 21.1 APG (16th) so far this season. They’ve been getting worse defensively as well and now give up 101.9 PPG (21st).
Since losing Smith and Shumpert this team has really gone downhill and things won’t be getting better any time soon. Some players have stepped up though lately including Aldrich, Early and Acy.

When Anthony is out Aldrich becomes the team’s best offensive weapon. Aldrich has never produced, but he has been this season. He has tons of size in the paint. Him and Acy aren’t stars, but they’re producing.
Milwaukee is a team that you think of and imagine them being in the basement in the East. They’re doing fine so far this season and it looks like the Bucks will be able to make the playoffs if they can keep it up.
The Bucks have been winning due to strong defense (97.7 PPG – 7th). They also average 98.5 PPG (21st) on offense, 41.1 RPG (25th) and 23.2 APG (8th). This is a team with a young nucleus that plays well together.

Brandon Knight has been Mr. Consistency for the Bucks. He leads the team in points (18.2 PPG) and assists (5.1 APG). Pachulia, Middleton and Antetokounmpo have also been playing impressively as of late.

I’m on the Bucks as long as the point spread isn’t bigger than –6 points. This really could end up being a blowout regardless of whether or not Anthony plays. Milwaukee is playing well and as a cohesive unit.

Limiting Aldrich may be tough for the Bucks, but other than that they have edges at most positions and will wear this Knicks team down. The afternoon start may put the Knicks off a bit as well on the road.
