Both sides of held a lead in this series, but it all comes down to which side can come out on top on Sunday. The Raptors will be hoping for a better effort on their home court in that one after a disappointing Game 6 in Brooklyn.

The Raptors shot just 38.5 percent from the field in that one. DeMar DeRozan had himself a strong outing, scoring 28 points on 8-of-18 shooting, adding six rebounds, four assists, and two steals, though Kyle Lowry had a forgettable night. He hit on just 4-of-16 shots for only 11 points.

Point guard Deron Williams scored 23 points on 8-of-16 shooting after a rough two-game stretch. He also chipped in five rebounds, four assists, and a steal. Joe Johnson had 17 points on 5-of-12 shooting, and is averaging 21.2 points per game in the series. His domination of the Raptors’ 2s has been a major edge for the Nets in this series, and whether the Raptors can find a way to guard him or not in Game 7 could decide the series.

With this series coming down to a Game 7, the playoff pedigree that the Nets bring is just too much to overlook, particularly against such a young Raptors team. Also, given the questionable officiating we’ve seen in the postseason, and the fact that the league would certainly prefer to have the Nets take on the Heat in the next round, we might as well have the officials working with us than against us.

Additionally, points haven’t been all that hard to come by in this series, and with both sides laser-focused on the prize in this one, a high-scoring contest can be expected. Neither side has been able to play strong enough defense to say otherwise anyway.

The Nets are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games following a win of more than 10 points, while the Raptors are 3-7-2 ATS in their last 12 games.

The over is 8-1 in the Raptors’ last nine home games, and 4-1 in the Nets’ last five road games.

The play: Brooklyn +3, Over 190
