Round one of this year’s highly anticipated NFL draft is in the books and, while we didn’t see any of the wild trades rumoured to happen, we saw some very interesting picks. Here’s a breakdown of some of the more memorable selections of round one.

After months of anticipation, speculation, and analysis the 2009 NFL draft finally kicked off around 4:00 P.M. with the announcement that the Detroit Lions were on the clock.
