Over the past couple of seasons, Oklahoma State has become more than just an offensive juggernaut that dumps points on the opposition. The Cowboys have a chance to be a very respectable defensive team in ’13, thanks to the athleticism of DT Calvin Barnett and LBs Shaun Lewis and Caleb Lavey.
An appalling season deserves no accolades, and that is what the Wyoming Cowboys turned in last year; an atrocious season. The only up side was the Boys’ final game when they shut out Colorado State 44-0. They will now try to make mends and built on that victory to get out of the cellar of the MWC.
Few teams made as big of a leap in 2010 as the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Mike Gundy’s team won 11 games and finished in the top 15 in the final poll of the season. Dana Holgorsen engineered an amazing season for the offense, but he has moved on to be the top dog at West Virginia.
