We KNOW you will find our FREE weekly nfl football predictions, tips and plays help make you more money all season long.

Here’s a look at five favorites and five underdogs worthy of a closer gambling eye in Week 3.

NFL Gambling – Week 3 Favorites

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta Falcons
Week 3 NFL Spread: Falcons -6.5

The Falcons get this prime time game at home and that’s a big deal. The team picked up the victory in their opener at the Georgia Dome before a bad Week 2 loss in a letdown spot. They say Thursday games are usually won by the better coached team and it doesn’t seem that anyone can get to the Buccaneers right now.

Houston Texans at New York Giants
Week 3 NFL Spread: Texans -2.5

The Texans have enjoyed a couple cushy matchup to begin their season, though it’s worth noting their defense has played very well, almost reminiscent of the way they played in 2011 and 2012. The Giants, meanwhile, have been a hot mess on both sides of the football.

Tennessee Titans at Cincinnati Bengals
Week 3 NFL Spread: Bengals -6.5

The Bengals take care of business on their home field, something they proved last week. Concerns over the state of the team’s front seven seem to have been overstated, as the Falcons can attest to. They may be a little understaffed at the wide receiver position come Sunday, but their running game has more than picked up the slack.

Denver Broncos at Seattle Seahawks
Week 3 NFL Spread: Seahawks -4.5

Next verse, same as the first. The Seahawks and Broncos will do it all over again, but this time the Seahawks will be aided by the best home-field advantage in all of football, and one would have to figure the 12th man will be as loud as ever for this one. The Broncos defense hasn’t looked as advertised with all the additions.

[dfads params=’groups=66501&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Chicago Bears at New York Jets
Week 3 NFL Spread: Jets -1.5

The Bears have a lot of talent, but also a lot of flaws. They’ll be playing their second consecutive prime time affair, which isn’t easy, and they’ll be doing it in their second consecutive road contest. The team’s defense took some hits last week, losing Charles Tillman for the season and Jeremiah Ratliff to a concussion. The Jets’ running game can exploit them.

NFL Gambling – Week 3 Underdogs

San Diego Chargers at Buffalo Bills
Week 3 NFL Spread: Chargers +1.5

This seems like an overreaction to the first couple games of the season. The Chargers are surely in for a letdown after beating the Seahawks last week, but do the Bills really belong as favorites against a playoff team from a year ago? Their victories may just be a product of circumstance.

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns
Week 3 NFL Spread: Browns +1.5

The Ravens pulled it all together for a big performance on Thursday Night Football, but now they’ve had a week to let everything sink in, and it may finally impact their performance on the field. The Browns are better than advertised on both sides of the ball.

[dfads params=’groups=63752&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions
Week 3 NFL Spread: Packers +1.5

The Lions are still living off that Monday night performance in which the four-letter network’s commentating crew blew them to death. They won’t get to face the Giants every week, and they aren’t ready to be the favorites against the Packers.

Oakland Raiders at New England Patriots
Week 3 NFL Spread: Raiders +15

The Patriots made short work of the Vikings on the road last week and have always been a better home team than they have been on the road, but the Raiders have serious backdoor cover potential, scoring late touchdowns in each of their first two games this season. With this number already bet up over the key number of 14, watch for that backdoor.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Carolina Panthers
Week 3 NFL Spread: Steelers +3.5

The Steelers laid a big fat egg on Thursday Night Football in a key divisional game. They’ve only played one good half of football in two games, and Mike Tomlin will surely be cracking the whip at practice. The Panthers are 2-0 but their offense hasn’t exactly been firing on all cylinders.
