On the season the Broncos are 4-4 ATS and they have an O/U record of 6-2 and the Raiders are 4-4 ATS and they have an Under record of 4-4.
This season the Raiders are 0-4 at home and the Broncos are 1-2 on the road.

In their last games the Broncos lost to the New England Patriots 43-21 and the Raiders lost to the Seattle Seahawks 30-24.
The Raiders are the last winless team in the NFL and odds makers are not giving them much of a shot to get their first win against the Broncos, who are 11-point road favorites. However, the Broncos did not look good in their last game and they are only 1-2 on the road this season.
The Raiders have come close this season to getting a W, but it has not happened. They have faced a few of the top teams in the league this season and only lost by 6 points at Seattle in their last game.
The Raiders have the league’s 10th ranked passing defense and in this game they face Peyton Manning, who said he needs to play better after the loss to the Patriots. He has a great WR corps and a good offensive line. Can the Raiders contain him in this game? It would help to put some pressure on him, but the Raiders’ only rank 30th in the league in sacks on the season.

Ronnie Hillman had been running the ball well for the Broncos, but in the New England game he struggled and overall Denver only had 43 rushing yards. Hillman may have a chance to have another 100+ yard game facing an Oakland run defense that ranks 27th in the league and gave up 149 rushing yards to the Seahawks.
QB Derek Carr has been one of the bright spots for the winless Raiders this season and in the last 4 games he has 7 TD and 3 INT. He does not have a great WR corps, but James Jones and Andre Holmes each have at least 400 receiving yards. Denver only ranks 20th in the league in pass defense and in last week’s loss to the Patriots Tom Brady lit the secondary up.
Kind of a mismatch in this game, as the top-ranked Denver run defense will face a Raiders’ rushing offense that ranks dead last in the league. Oakland RB Darren McFadden has had one decent game this season, but struggled against the Seahawks and for the season is only averaging 3.7 yards per carry.
