Mountaineers vs. Bulls Free Pick

The key for WVU will be to utilize RB Noel Devine, who ranks No. 7 in the country in total rushing, to launch a solid ground assault against the Bulls. USF must stop the run and attack the Mountaineers through the air. This game should be close with WVU covering the spread.
