The Orange (3-4) are 2-2 away on the road this season and notched their third win of the season after pounding Wake Forest 30-7 last weekend.
The win snapped Syracuse’s four-game losing streak.

Against the Demon Deacons, the Orange rolled up 370 total yards, behind a solid effort from freshman quarterback A.J. Long who completed 22-of-32 passes for 171 yards in just his second game as the Orange’s starter.
Running back Devante McFarlane also chipped in with a team-high 114 rushing yards.
Defensively, the Orange held Wake Forest to just 170 total yards, and as a unit is allowing only 23.9 points per game, which ranks 50th in the country.

Clemson
The Tigers (5-2) have won four straight games after winning at Boston College 17-13 last weekend.
Led by backup quarterback Cole Stoudt who started under center in place of an injured Deshaun Watson, Clemson managed to produce 398 offensive yards against the Eagles.
Stoudt threw for 285 of those yards yards, passing eight times to Mike Williams, who finished the game with a whopping 128 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, the defense held BC to 263 total yards while only allowing the Eagles to convert two of their 14 third down attempts. As a unit, the Tigers’ defense is allowing only 20 points per game, which ranks 19th in the country.
