Kentucky comes in riding high off a big win in the Bluegrass rivalry, while Michigan squeezed past an underrated Tennessee squad to punch their ticket to the Elite Eight.

The Wildcats played in what may have been the biggest game in the history of the Bluegrass rivalry on Friday, and prevailed over a strong Louisville team, 74-69.

Star forward Julius Randle racked up 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Wildcats. Guard Andrew Harrison did a little of everything, racking up 14 points, seven assists, and five rebounds.

The win came at a cost, though, as forward Willie Cauley-Stein left early with an ankle injury and is unlikely to suit up on Sunday. On the bright side, freshman center Dakari Johnson handled the uptick in minutes well in his place, scoring 14 points on 7-of-10 shooting and adding six rebounds.

Michigan beat Tennessee in their Sweet 16 matchup. he Wolverines led comfortably for much of the game, though they allowed the Volunteers to close the game on an 11-3 run which sunk bettors that backed the Wolverines as 2-point favorites, turning an easy cover into a tough luck push.

Forward Jordan Morgan came up big for the Wolverines in that game, racking up 15 points and seven rebounds.

The winner of this game will advance to the Final Four to take on West Regional champion Wisconsin next Saturday.

The Wildcats deserve plenty of credit for the development their young team has gone through to get to this point, but they will have an awfully tough time getting past a Michigan team with a winning pedigree this time out.

Kentucky looked really impressive in their last outing, but they’re flying a little too high right now, and a letdown could be in order against a Michigan team that has some unfinished business in the tournament.

Additionally, the total in this game is awful high, but two of the best offenses remaining in the tournament will hit the court in Indianapolis on Sunday.

The Wolverines can score with the best of them, and after playing to a 144-point total against a Tennessee squad that loves to slow the pace of its games down, getting up over 70 points against a Wildcats team that will play at a more competitive pace should be reachable.

The Wolverines are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine NCAA Tournament games, and 3-0-2 ATS in their last five non-conference games.

The over is 6-2 in Michigan’s last eight games overall, and 5-2 in their last seven NCAA Tournament games.

The play: Michigan +2, Over 141
