Sacramento has won three of their last four, but they are coming off a tough loss at Minnesota on Tuesday night. The Kings are 6-4 at home this year, but the Thunder are 11-4 on the road.

Can the Thunder keep their West Coast winning streak alive?

Oklahoma City has the best record in the NBA. The Thunder were very close to reaching the NBA Finals last year, and it looks like the team is determined to get there this year.

This is a young team that is maturing every single year, and they are extremely dangerous right now. Durant leads the team in both points per game and rebounding. He is putting up 27.3 points and 8.3 rebounds per contest.

Russell Westbrook has taken some heat over the years, but he is a terrific asset for this team. Westbrook is a stat sheet stuffer who can do a little bit of everything. He currently is averaging a career-high in both field goal percentage and points per game. [soliloquy id=”82219″]

James Harden doesn’t get the recognition too often, but he is a very important part of this team as well.

This team has plenty of guys that can beat you on a nightly basis.

Tyreke Evans is the leader at the point guard position for the Kings. Evans averages 17 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists per game. Marcus Thornton is a scorer who can light it up at just about any time. Thornton is undersized, but that doesn’t stop him from averaging 17.3 points per game.

DeMarcus Cousins has improved his game quite a bit in his second year in the league. Cousins is averaging 15 points and 11.5 boards per game. Jimmer Fredette hasn’t been quite the player some hoped he would be right off the bat, but he has shown glimpses of greatness already this season.

John Salmons is a guy that the Kings really need to get going. He has been mired in a season-long slump. The Kings shoot just 40.6% from the floor as a team.

Sacramento will be pumped up for this one, but they’ll need to contain Durant and Westbrook If they hope to win. I think Oklahoma City will put up a big number here. Look for a high scoring game.

Prediction: Oklahoma City 110 Sacramento 101
