The Houston Rockets will try and extend a rare four-game winning streak when they face-off against the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Garden on Tuesday night. Tip-off is set for 10 p.m. and the game will be available on NBA League Pass.

Houston is coming off a 91-89 victory over New Orleans on Sunday as a six-point road underdog. It was the Rockets fourth straight win overall and their fifth-straight win on the road. They are now 30-31 straight-up overall and 31-28-2 against the spread. Houston is currently in 11th-place in the Western Conference; three games out of the eighth and final playoff spot.

The Rockets are led by Kevin Martin, who is averaging 23.3 points a game. Luis Scola leads the team in rebounds with 8.3 a game and is second in scoring with 18.8 points. Houston is ranked third in the NBA in scoring with an average of 105.5 points a game, but giving up the same amount on the defensive side of the ball.

Portland has lost two of its last three games including a 90-83 loss to Atlanta on Sunday as a five-point home favorite. The Trail Blazers are 33-26 SU overall (28-28-3 ATS) and 3 ½-games behind Oklahoma City in the Northwest Division. They are currently in seventh-place in the Western Conference standings.

LaMarcus Aldridge has a team-high 22.4 points and 9.1 rebounds, while Andre Miller leads the team in assists with 7.4 a game. The Trail Blazers did acquire Gerald Wallace from Charlotte before last week’s trade deadline. He was averaging 15.5 points and 8.1 rebounds a game for the Bobcats. Portland is ranked 26th in the league in scoring with an average of 96.2 points a game.

Head-to-head, the Trail Blazers have won three of the last four games SU including a 100-85 victory on Jan.2 as a 3 ½-point home favorite and a 103-100 win as a 4 ½-point road underdog on Jan.5. This time around it is Houston’s turn to pull off the upset as it makes it six straight wins on the road.
