NCAAF Week 10 Betting Moneylines
In sports betting, sometimes you need to be patient. Two consecutive 2-2 weeks at even-steven tallies the record to 23-11 on the year but let’s see if we can get the plus sign back with a winning week:
Record: 23-11 (+3.6)
Iowa State Cyclones @ Oklahoma State Cowboys (-6000)
The Iowa State Cyclones are spinning their wheels right now while Oklahoma State is for real. Iowa State is 2-6 in the midst of a six-game losing streak. They’ve lost all four of their Big 12 contests and since giving Kansas a scare in their opening Big 12 game, they’ve lost their last four games by an average of 23.3 points. Those losses were at Baylor, versus Nebraska and versus Texas A&M – not exactly the cream of the crop in the conference.
This might be a flat spot for Oklahoma State but even so, they are by far the superior team here.
Pick: Oklahoma State -6000
BYU Cougars @ Colorado State Rams (+425)
The BYU Cougars were at one point considered the team with the best opportunity to BCS bust but now the bubble has burst and their defense has been flailing. Last weekend, BYU nearly lost outright as a 24-point favorite as they needed a last-second end zone interception to shutdown UNLV.
The Rams played TCU tough earlier this year and knocked off UNLV as well. They are 3-1 at home and should give the Cougars a run for their money.
Pick: Rams +425
Washington Huskies @ USC Trojans (-20000)
USC is back home after back-to-back road wins and everything seems to be back on track for the Trojans as they try to win the Pac 10. Interestingly enough, with the surprising play of Oregon State, the Trojans still need some help because the Beavers control their own destiny.
The Huskies have tapped out. Without Jake Locker running the show and with Tyrone Willingham agreeing to resign at the end of the season, they don’t have much left in the tank. Look for USC to put forth another dominant defensive performance.
Pick: USC -20000
Wisconsin Badgers (+190) @ Michigan State Spartans
The Michigan State Spartans caught a break last week when Penn State defeated Ohio State, which meant that they are still in play for the Big 10. If they can win out – which includes a contest against Penn State in Happy Valley – they can win the Big 10.
In front of them this week stands a sturdy test, though. As beat down as Wisconsin is, they still have a solid run defense and Michigan State’s offense doesn’t have much more than that. If Wisconsin can shut it down, they’ll be in this game.
Pick: Wisconsin +190
