Ole Miss
Ole Miss (1-0) pounded the Broncos physically on both sides of the ball, racking up 458 yards and scoring 35 points.

Quarterback Bo Wallace completed nearly 70 percent of his passes for 37 yards and four touchdowns but he also threw three interceptions.
If not for the play of running backs Mark Dodson, who had a rushing TD and receivers Laquon Treadwell and Cody Core who combined for three touchdowns, the game could have produced a different outcome.
Defensively Ole Miss gave up 399 yards and 13 points while coming up with some big stops, including a pair of picks from Senquez Golson and Cody Prewitt.
Vanderbilt
Meanwhile, the Commodores are in the midst of a rebuilding year, and it showed in their season opening blowout loss to Temple.

Vanderbilt used three quarterbacks to try and get something going, with Stephen Rivers completing less than half of his passes for 186 yards, Patton Robinette for just 38 yards and Johnny McCrary with zero completions and two interceptions.
The ground game was just as awful, with the just 86 total yards.
On defense, it wasn’t much better, as the surrendered 351 yards to Temple.

Week 2 NCAA Football Spread Prediction
Vanderbilt will need to regroup quickly, and it won’t be easy of the Rebels bring the intensity they brought to the Georgia Dome last Thursday.
The underdog has covered the point spread in nine of the last 13 meetings of these two, but I am going with the total pick here.
The total appears on the high side with two SEC defenses and two offenses that make plenty of miscues.
UNDER here folks.
Score Prediction: Ole Miss 34, Vanderbilt 14
