Ryan failed to crack the Tigers\u2019 bullpen this spring, and is 0-5 with a 4.67 ERA in Toledo. On the year, the southpaw sports a 4.33 ERA, but he\u2019s hardly been your run of the mill type pitcher. He\u2019s either been terrific, or downright awful. In 10 starts this season, Quintana has limited his opponent to two runs or fewer seven times, sporting a 1.79 ERA in those contests.<\/p>\n In the other three outings, Quintana allowed, five, six, and nine runs, putting together an ERA of 12.00 in those three games. For what it\u2019s worth, two of those terrible starts came in his first three games of the year, and he\u2019s allowed two runs or less in six of his last seven starts.<\/p>\n The White Sox have a significant edge on the mound, and they\u2019re the team in better form. Additionally, neither team has a history of lighting up the scoreboard when these sides face off.<\/p>\n The Tigers are 0-4 in their last four road games and 0-7 in their last seven games overall.
