Blake Griffin is also ruled out already, but so is Rajon Rondo. Griffin is obviously a bigger injury, but I don\u2019t expect the line to open up too high in favor of the Mavs because the Clips are still a strong team.<\/p>\n
The Clippers have lost four in a row, but the schedule has been tough. The losses have come against the Nets, Cavaliers, Raptors and Thunder. The schedule doesn\u2019t get any easier for LAC after this game either.<\/p>\n

A big problem for the Clips has been defense. They just allowed 131 points to the Thunder last night in a road loss. On the season the Clips allow 100.3 PPG (19th) while scoring an average of 106.5 PPG (3rd).<\/p>\n
Dallas is similar, as the Mavs are scoring 106.9 PPG (2nd) and allowing 101.1 PPG (22nd). Both teams rank outside of the top 20 in rebounds, which is insane. I\u2019d expect both of these teams to be better.<\/p>\n
Jordan and Chandler are both beasts on the glass, but the rest of the players on these two teams aren\u2019t contributing on the boards enough. This game will likely come down to the team that owns the glass.<\/p>\n
Chris Paul is going to have to lead his team to a win tonight in Dallas. Paul has the best match-up of any Clippers player with Rondo out. He has to flirt with a triple double for the Clips to stand a chance.<\/p>\n
Monta Ellis is playing great and he\u2019ll dominate at SG in this match-up. Parsons has been playing better with Rondo out as well. The Mavs are too deep for the Clips when they\u2019re missing Griffin in the paint.<\/p>\n

Griffin has the highest usage rate on the team and with him out they\u2019re going to struggle. I really don\u2019t think this line will open up that high. If we can jump on the Mavs at \u20136.5 or better I\u2019m willing to bet that.<\/p>\n
