Arizona Cardinals vs. Carolina Panthers<\/h3>\n

He has really struggled to move this offense and find the end zone with the Cardinals scoring a grand total of 29 points since backup quarterback Drew Stanton went down with a knee injury in Week 15. <\/p>\n
They key to this game is the ability of Arizona\u2019s defense to play at the level that has this unit ranked fifth in the league in points allowed.<\/p>\n
The Panthers\u2019 four-game winning streak to close-out the regular season was just enough to claim the division title in the watered-down NFC South. Carolina became just the second team to win a division title with a losing record (7-8-1). <\/p>\n
The key to winning in the postseason is often times the momentum you can generate down the stretch of the regular season, so the Panthers may be on to something heading into this Wild Card game. <\/p>\n

While I do like their chances to get the straight-up win and most likely cover the four-point spread, my top play in this one is the UNDER 38 on the current total line.<\/p>\n
Detroit Lions vs. Dallas Cowboys<\/h3>\n

\nMatchup<\/a>\u00a0|\u00a0Preview<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nDetroit ended-up winning 11 games this season, but it did not look like a championship-caliber team in its 30-20 loss to Green Bay in Sunday\u2019s season finale as an eight-point road underdog. <\/p>\n
The truth of the matter is that the Lions have not looked good against the better teams they have faced with a 2-3 record ATS as underdogs. <\/p>\n
They have been a downright drain on the bankroll this season away from home with a 2-6 mark ATS on the road. <\/p>\n
This team is rapidly setting itself up as a one-and-done in the postseason following its trip to Big D.<\/p>\n
When the playoffs roll around you can usually find one or two lower-seeded teams that nobody wants to face. This season the Dallas Cowboys fit that description to a tee. <\/p>\n
Ever since they fell flat on their face in a 33-10 loss to Philadelphia on Thanksgiving as three-point home favorites, the Cowboys have been picking-up steam with one impressive win after another. <\/p>\n

They are 4-0 both SU and ATS in their last four outings and the defense has allowed a total of just 24 points in the last two games. <\/p>\n
While there is some risk in laying a full seven points against a team that won 11 games this season, I am betting on Dallas to run all over these paper Lions in the friendly confines of AT&T Stadium.<\/p>\n
