The NFC South Championship will be decided, the AFC North crown will be determined, and even the NFC North victor will be crowned \u2013 all in head-to-head matchups this weekend! Sunday December 28th<\/h3>\n
Lions at Packers<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Packers -7<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Packers are 7-0 at home this season and have been absolutely blowing teams out of the building on home turf. It\u2019s true that the Lions have won four straight game but they have looked anything but impressive in those wins. Green Bay is unstoppable at home \u2013 I\u2019m expecting an easy win Sunday.<\/p>\n
Jaguars at Texans<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Texans -10<\/strong><\/p>\nHouston seemed to take their defensive game to a new level in Week 16 and now get to face a turnover-prone Jags in the finale. Houston made Joe Flacco look silly on Sunday \u2013 Blake Bortles will have an equally tough time. Expect Houston\u2019s running game to dominate en route to a double-digit win.<\/p>\n
Bengals at Steelers<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Steelers -3<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Bengals were mighty impressive on Monday night but got the win largely without Andy Dalton having to do much. Dalton may have to do more in Week 17 \u2013 I have zero faith that he can get it done. Take Pittsburgh at home to make a big statement.<\/p>\n
Titans at Colts<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Colts -7<\/strong><\/p>\nIndianapolis laid an enormous egg in Week 16 and should be eager to start a little momentum heading into the playoffs. The spread is a little light mostly because the Colts are expected to rest a few guys. Still, my guess is that the veterans on this team want to erase the memory of the Dallas debacle and get a convincing win here.<\/p>\n
Browns at Ravens<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Ravens -8 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nBaltimore also laid a huge egg last week but is still alive in the playoff hunt. Firstly they will need to take care of business and then hope for some help. The Browns are in a free-fall \u2013 they can\u2019t score and they can\u2019t protect their QB, whomever that happens to be. I like the proud Ravens to come out and make a statement on home turf \u2013 where they have been very good this year.<\/p>\n
Bills at Patriots -10<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Bills +10<\/strong><\/p>\nWith the Broncos loss Monday night the Pats have clinched home field throughout the playoffs. Expect the Pats to rest a few guys and for the Bills to keep it close against a bunch of New England backups.<\/p>\n
Jets at Dolphins<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Jets +4.5<\/strong><\/p>\nSomething tells me the Jets come out with something special for their coach\u2019s swan song in this one. New York played a terrific game in Week 16 and now get to face a Fins team whose defense has all but disappeared the last month or so. This has close game written all over it \u2013 an outright Jets win wouldn\u2019t be a surprise.<\/p>\n
Panthers at Falcons<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Falcons -3 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nThe brutal NFC South comes down to this! The Panthers enter this game as one of the hotter teams in the NFL while the Falcons offense has come alive. Simply put the Falcons have more weapons at their disposal \u2013 expect them to outscore the Panthers and advance hanks to Matt Ryan\u2019s heroics.<\/p>\n
Bears at Vikings<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Vikings -7<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Vikings have looked very good \u2013 only some bad luck has them with a losing record. Teddy Bridgewater has me sold \u2013 he should easily outplay Jay Cutler \u2013 Yes Jay Cutler in this one. Despite going 8-2 in the last 10 meetings with Minnesota, does anyone have any faith in the Bears?<\/p>\n
Chargers at Chiefs<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Chiefs -2 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nA potential Wild Card spot is on the line in this one \u2013 the Chiefs haven\u2019t been playing great while the Chargers keep dodging bullets. Philip Rivers reportedly has a bad back and now faces the league\u2019s second best passing defense \u2013 my guess is that the Cinderella Chargers run is over!<\/p>\n
Eagles at Giants<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Giants -2 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Eagles have lost three straight and just can\u2019t stop the pass. Now they face Odell Beckham who has made the Giants formidable all by himself! Eli Manning and the Giants defense are playing their best ball of the season \u2013 a deflated Eagles team will be their latest victim.<\/p>\n
Cowboys at Redskins (no line)<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Cowboys<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Cowboys still have something to play for \u2013 playoff seeding is still up in the air. My guess is that Dallas rests a few players but still have the talent to get it done Sunday. Revenge will also be on their minds \u2013 Washington is one of four teams to beat Dallas this year.<\/p>\n
Saints at Bucs<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Saints -3 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nSomehow the Saints have lost five straight games at home \u2013 five! The good news is that this week they are on the road to take on a BAD Bucs team. The Saints will want to finish up strong here and against a team that is averaging 17.1 points per game (3 last week at home to Green Bay), I like their chances.<\/p>\n
Rams at Seahawks<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: Seahawks -10<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Hawks have been as dominant as any team in the game this year. They are killing teams and are coming off a 600 yard offensive explosion against one of the best defensive teams in the game. At home, Seattle won\u2019t be denied home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Unless they rest their studs this could be the blowout of the weekend.<\/p>\n
Cardinals at 49ers<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread: 49ers -3 1\/2<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Cardinals will likely have to go with Ryan Lindley again this week and save Drew Stanton for the playoffs. It\u2019s pretty hard to like a Cardinals team with Lindley at the helm. Add in the fact that the 49ers are likely to play the game of their lives for outgoing coach Jim Harbaugh and this looks like a 49ers win here.<\/p>\n
Raiders at Broncos (no line)<\/strong>
\n Week 17 Point Spread:<\/strong><\/p>\nThe Raiders have been playing some better ball toward the end of the season. I am anticipating a double digit spread here \u2013 take the Raiders to keep this game closer than most think. The Broncos just haven`t looked the same the last few weeks!<\/p>\n
