Cappers Picks provides free *NFL*handicapping tips all season long.<\/p>\n Perhaps the biggest game of the weekend takes place in the City of Brotherly Love when the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles duke it out for NFC supremacy.<\/p>\n Dallas<\/a> (9-4) at Philadelphia<\/a> (9-4)<\/strong> Click here to view… NFL ATS Stats<\/a>\u00a0&\u00a0*NFL Gambling Insight!*<\/a><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The Cowboys are coming off a win on Thursday night against Chicago while the Eagles enter this week on the heels of a humbling loss to the Seahawks on home turf.<\/p>\n The Eagles will be eager to avenge that 24-14 loss while the Cowboys should be more-than-amped to prove that their 33-10 loss to the Eagles on Thanksgiving Day was the exception, not the rule.<\/p>\n The Dallas Cowboys posted a 41-28 win against the Bears in Week 14 \u2013 impressive offense once again trumped a somewhat concerning defensive effort. <\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63753&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Tony Romo looked healthy in that game and his stats back up that fact \u2013 he went 21 of 26 for 206 yards, 3 TDs and zero interception \u2013 extremely effective and efficient in the win.<\/p>\n Dez Bryant continues to be dominant, Cole Beasely is quickly becoming a \u201cWes Welker type\u201d threat and there is always Jason Witten for Romo to rely on.<\/p>\n And then there is DeMarco Murray who ripped the Bears for 179 yards and a TD on 32 carries last week. Murray has been absolutely remarkable this year \u2013 on pace for 2000 yards and he will be eager to avenge a season-low 73 yard effort against these same Eagles on Thanksgiving Day.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=66501&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n One common theme surfaces when talking about the Dallas passing and rushing offense \u2013 the O-line has been terrific all season long.<\/p>\n They had their hands full in the first meeting of the season between the teams and should have again against a Philadelphia D-line that is second in the NFL in sacks.<\/p>\n Dallas\u2019s defense is a concern! They are 25th in the NFL against the pass allowing 252 yards per game. Of greater concern is the fact that Dallas surrendered 159 yards and two TDs on the ground to LeSean McCoy in the first meeting of these teams this year.<\/p>\n Dallas is allowing 113 yards per game on the ground this year \u2013 they will have to exceed expectations to keep this game close!<\/p>\n The Philadelphia Eagles were perhaps due for a Dud and that is precisely what they delivered against Seattle in Week 14. They gained just 139 total yards of offense on home turf and were utterly shut down by Seattle\u2019s insane defense.<\/p>\n The good news is that Dallas is nowhere close to Seattle on defense \u2013 the Cowboys will look like a picnic compared to what they ran into last week!<\/p>\n The Eagles generated 464 yards of total offense in the first meeting of the season between the two clubs \u2013 464! Philadelphia will be happy not to see Seattle again this week \u2013 a bounce back effort is certainly expected.<\/p>\n Philadelphia remains top 10 in both rushing and passing offense \u2013 they are a total mismatch for the Dallas defense as shown by the first meeting between the two sides. LeSean McCoy had 159 yards on the ground and Mark Sanchez had his way with the sketchy Dallas secondary.<\/p>\n Sanchez was very effective against Dallas already this year and should be able to get Jeremy Maclin and Jordan Matthews involved this week.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63752&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Defensively the Eagles were just OK against Seattle \u2013 they allowed Russell Wilson to have a good game but they limited Marshawn Lynch\u2019s effectiveness \u2013 a good sign with DeMarco Murray coming to town.<\/p>\n Philadelphia seems to match up well with the Dallas offense \u2013 the Cowboys have a difficult time with pressure defenses \u2013 you can bet that the Eagles will dial up their share of blitzes in this one.<\/p>\n \u2022 Over is 6-2-1 in DAL last 9 vs. NFC. The Cowboys are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games while the Eagles are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games. Something tells me that all of the good defensive fortune that the Cowboys have gotten this season is quickly running out.<\/p>\n They are as bad as advertised and will likely be exposed again by Philadelphia\u2019s high-powered offense.<\/p>\n Expect Philadelphia to score at will and for the Cowboys to be relegated to chasing a Wild Card spot after Sunday.<\/p>\n\n
