This will be a close match-up, but I\u2019ll go with the team that has the better rushing attack in this game.<\/p>\n The Midshipmen average 357.8 RYPG (2nd) while the Aztecs average 218.6 RYPG (30th). San Diego State is better on defense at stopping the run, but they haven\u2019t played a team like Navy yet this season.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63738&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Neither team can air it out and this will be a battle between the two rushing attacks. Keenan Reynolds is the best player on the field and he\u2019ll shine in this one. In a shootout I trust Navy more than SDSU.<\/p>\n QUICK LANE BOWL<\/strong> I\u2019m going with Rutgers (7-5) to beat North Carolina (6-6) in the Quick Lane Bowl and I\u2019ll explain why. These two teams like to air it out on offense, but the Tar Heel defense is much worse against the pass.<\/p>\n Rutgers averages 231.0 PYPG (62nd), but those numbers are a bit skewed because they\u2019ve had some tough games in the Big Ten. North Carolina averages 279.3 PYPG (24th), but the difference is on defense.<\/p>\n North Carolina ranks 105th against the pass and 119th in points allowed. Gary Nova has had problems with turning the football over, but if he can prevent turnovers then I like Rutgers chance to win.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=66501&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n NEW ERA PINSTRIPE BOWL<\/strong> Here is another close game, but I\u2019ll side with the better team in my opinion. Penn State (6-6) had a rough go of things this season in the Big Ten whereas Boston College (7-5) had a relatively good season.<\/p>\n The Eagles average 251.8 RYPG (15th), but that hasn\u2019t translated into points (25.9 PPG \u2013 85th). PSU has an even worse offense that\u2019s only scoring 19.8 PPG (115th), but they still have one of the best defenses.<\/p>\n The Nittany Lions allow 17.7 PPG (8th) and 84.8 RYPG (1st). If Penn State can shutdown the Eagles offense their chances of winning are excellent. Hackenberg will step up with a couple TD\u2019s and PSU will win.<\/p>\n AutoZone Liberty Bowl<\/strong> This is a perfect game for Texas A&M (7-5) to build some confidence heading into next season. They\u2019ll play West Virginia (7-5) in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl and I\u2019ll side with the SEC team in this match-up.<\/p>\n The Mountaineers had one of the best offenses this season, but they haven\u2019t been playing like that lately due to injuries. The QB situation is still murky and WVU has been turning it over too much as well.<\/p>\n The Aggies average 306.4 PYPG (12th) and 34.4 PPG (34th) on offense. If Kyle Allen has time in the pocket in this game to find his talented WR\u2019s the Aggies will be able to outscore WVU in shootout.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63739&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Orange Bowl<\/strong> I\u2019m going to take a shot on Georgia Tech (10-3) to beat Mississippi State (10-2) in the Orange Bowl. This is a game that the Yellow Jackets will get up for, but I doubt the Bulldogs will care as much as GT.<\/p>\n Justin Thomas is having a huge season and if he can avoid fumbling the football the Yellow Jackets will be able to win this match-up. GT is averaging 333.6 RYPG (3rd) and 37.0 PPG (18th) on offense this year.<\/p>\n If Prescott and Robinson come to play they\u2019ll likely win, but that\u2019s a big question to ask.
