The Seattle Seahawks are getting healthy at just the right time \u2013 a defense that had been plagued by injuries all season long is finally starting to resemble the Super Bowl winning squad that absolutely terrorized the league last year. <\/p>\n

Proof is in their consecutive wins against the previously scorching Arizona and San Francisco on Thanksgiving in which they gave up a combined six points \u2013 six!<\/p>\n
The Seahawks defense allowed 204 total yards against Arizona and held San Francisco to 164 total yards on their home turf \u2013 they allowed Colin Kaepernick 121 yards passing and Richard Sherman mustered two impressive interceptions along the way. Mark Sanchez is next on the schedule \u2013 he has three multi-interception games in the last five and has proven more-than-capable of a game changing turnover!<\/p>\n
Seattle will also be tasked with slowing an improving Philadelphia running game. The return of Bobby Wagner to the lineup will help for sure \u2013 the Hawks defense is a different squad since he had come back healthy.<\/p>\n

The Eagles offense continues to click along \u2013 it is the reason the Eagles are tops in the NFC East. They gained 256 yards on the ground against Dallas and they are averaging 36.7 points per game on home turf this year.<\/p>\n
