A year ago, he finished 13th in wins above replacement. That number doesn\u2019t do him justice. Sacramento is allowing 98.3 points per 100 possessions with him on the floor, compared with 113.0 when he\u2019s on the bench.<\/p>\n Unfortunately for the Kings, Cousins has been banged up of late, but they put up a great fight against an elite Memphis Grizzlies squad on Sunday night, 97-85. Rudy Gay led the Kings in scoring with 20 points, chipping in four rebounds, three assists, and a steal.<\/p>\n Not surprisingly, the Kings\u2019 defense took a hit without the presence of Cousins on the court. The Grizzlies shot 48.1 percent from the floor, and things could have been worse if they had connected on better than 64.3 percent of their 28 free throw attempts.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63727&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Power forward Zach Randolph was a particular thorn in the Kings\u2019 collective side in that one, scoring a game-high 22 points and adding 12 boards.<\/p>\n As for the Raptors, one of their top performers is ailing as well.<\/p>\n Shooting guard DeMar DeRozan suffered a torn tendon, and is expected to miss an extended period of time.
