The team is 48th in the nation in rushing, but just 98th in passing yards.<\/p>\n So far this season, the Cardinal haven’t won more than two games in a row. They won’t break that trend this weekend, coming off a big loss, but it’s telling considering how dominant they’ve been the past few seasons.<\/p>\n Offensively, there’s nothing special about this team. Stanford is just 95th in scoring, posting 24.7 points per contest.<\/p>\n Breaking it down further, the team is 53rd in passing (247.6 yards per contest). It’s also 97th in rushing yards, compiling just 140.2 yards per game.<\/p>\n Defensively is where the Cardinal have found success. However, that’s asking for a lot against a Utah team that is also giving up less than 25 points per game (Stanford’s 95th-ranked offense doesn’t help matters, either).<\/p>\n Expect a grind-it-out game with a low score.
