Miami has also won three games in a row, but all have been by double digits including a 37-0 win over SD last weekend.<\/p>\n
I still don\u2019t know what to make of Detroit yet this year. They\u2019re winning games, but they did that last year before collapsing down the stretch. The Lions are off their bye week, so they\u2019re well rested for this one.<\/p>\n

Reggie Bush and Calvin Johnson have been practicing all week and will play at home. That gives the Lions offense a boost. Detroit\u2019s averaging 20.2 PPG (24th), 259.1 PYPG (9th) and 79.6 RYPG (31st).<\/p>\n
Joique Bell and Bush have to get the run game going against Miami. The Dolphins defense has had a bit of trouble stopping the run (103.5 RYPG \u2013 12th), but they\u2019re dominant against the pass (201.1 PYPG \u2013 2nd).<\/p>\n
Miami completely shutdown and frustrated Philip Rivers last week on the road. It\u2019ll be tough to do that to Matthew Stafford on the road in consecutive weeks, but if they can they\u2019ll win this game on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Stafford already has 7 INT\u2019s this season and the Dolphins are capable of causing him problems. Even if the Dolphins can stop the Lions pass attack the bigger question will be whether they can put up points.<\/p>\n
Ryan Tannehill was next to perfect last week. It seems when Tannehill plays well the Dolphins win, but if he struggles the Dolphins do as well. This will be a much tougher test than last week\u2019s game.<\/p>\n
Miami\u2019s offense is averaging 26.4 PPG (9th), 228.5 PYPG (19th) and 137.2 RYPG (4th). They\u2019ll have to get the run game going in order to give Tannehill time to find Wallace and his other receivers.<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve been surprised by how well the Lions defense is playing. They rank 1st in points against (15.8 PPG), 5th in passing yards allowed (216.4 PYPG) and 2nd in rushing yards allowed (74.0 RYPG).<\/p>\n

These two teams don\u2019t have much of a history and the last time they played each other was way back in 2010. Based on how the Lions have played the last few weeks offensively I\u2019m going with Miami.<\/p>\n
