Utah has a lot of young talent on the team, but they clearly won\u2019t be able to compete with the top teams in the NBA on a consistent basis. The Jazz score 104.3 PPG (8th), but they also allow 105.0 PPG (28th).<\/p>\n

The Clippers just lost at home to the Kings after opening the season with two wins. Jamal Crawford is a bit banged up already, but he\u2019s probable tonight and that\u2019s the only injury of note on both teams.<\/p>\n
LAC is averaging 101.0 PPG (15th), 34.7 RPG (30th) and 21.7 APG (12th). They also allow 99.7 PPG (16th) on defense. I\u2019m surprised about the rebounds, as the Clips have Jordan and Griffin in the paint.<\/p>\n
Griffin leads the team in points (26.3 PPG) and has been off to a hot start from the field. Jordan leads the team in rebounds (10.7 RPG) and blocks (2.0 BPG). That\u2019s why Jordan is paid and he\u2019s doing a fine job.<\/p>\n

Booker has been a pleasant surprise for the Jazz and Exum is still adjusting to the speed of the game, but he has done well off the bench. The problem is that the Jazz\u2019s bench isn\u2019t as good as the Clips.<\/p>\n
The Clippers know how important it is to have a strong bench. Crawford comes off the bench and he\u2019s 2nd on the team in points (19.0 PPG). Hawes is also scoring 10.0 PPG while other players are pitching in.<\/p>\n
LAC is too good of a team to lose this one at home against a much weaker Jazz team. I think Favors will have a tough time to get going as well because Jordan is going to hound him in the paint all night.<\/p>\n
