Another crazy week of NFL action is in the books the Broncos and the Cardinals kept the roll going and the Patriots made a pretty big statement. Some good teams lost this week prompting a huge shakeup in the Rankings.<\/p>\n

Without further adieu \u2013 let\u2019s take a look the Week 9 edition of the Power Rankings.<\/p>\n
1. Broncos<\/strong> (6-1) Last Week: 1<\/p>\n
After Week 8 the top spot isn\u2019t even close. Peyton Manning is better than ever and the defense is starting to find its form. The Broncos are a scary team going forward \u2013 Sunday\u2019s game against the Patriots at Foxboro should be a good one!<\/p>\n
2. Cardinals<\/strong> (6-1) Last Week: 3<\/p>\n
How do you keep the Cardinals out of #2? They beat a very good Eagles team Sunday, they have one loss on the year and they have used three different QBs. Arizona has a two game lead on the rest of the division \u2013 impressive indeed.<\/p>\n

3. Patriots<\/strong> (6-2) Last Week: 7<\/p>\n
Watch the Patriots deliver a dud in Week 9! Tom Brady was sensational in Week 8, The Gronk was dominant and the defense did a terrific job. Denver\u2019s defense is a step up from Chicago\u2019s \u2013 their true test comes this weekend.<\/p>\n
4. Eagles<\/strong> (5-2) Last Week: 4<\/p>\n
The Eagles maintain their position mostly because everyone else close to them last week lost as well. But the Eagles did play a good game in Arizona and had a chance to win. Nick Foles was terrific \u2013 a good sign for this team going forward.<\/p>\n
5. Cowboys<\/strong> (6-2) Last Week: 2<\/p>\n
I have no idea what to say about their loss versus the Redskins Monday night \u2013 no idea!<\/p>\n
6. Lions<\/strong> (6-2) Last Week: 11<\/p>\n
No Calvin Johnson, no Reggie Bush \u2013 no matter in the Lions impressive win in London. The week before they were down 13 points with four minutes left to go against New Orleans and pulled out the win \u2013 WITHOUT CALVIN JOHNSON. They still have the league\u2019s best defense and off two improbable wins this team looks like they have the character too.<\/p>\n

7. Colts<\/strong> (5-3) Last Week: 5<\/p>\n
The Colts had won five straight but lost a shootout 51-34 with Pittsburgh. Indy\u2019s defense allowed Ben Roethlisberger six TD passes \u2013 not good.<\/p>\n
8. Ravens<\/strong> (5-3) Last Week: 6<\/p>\n
The Ravens have posted easy wins over the Bucs and the Falcons but lost to a struggling Bengals team this past Sunday. The Ravens are a tad tough to figure out but on paper have the talent to be top 10 here.<\/p>\n
9. Packers<\/strong> (5-3) Last Week: 8<\/p>\n
The Packers may be a Julius Peppers missed TD catch away from a top 3 spot. Seriously \u2013 throwing the ball to a defensive back in a huge game at a critical time? I don\u2019t get it. Nevertheless, Green Bay\u2019s defense was severely exposed \u2013 Aaron Rodgers can\u2019t do it all.<\/p>\n
10. Seahawks<\/strong> (4-3) Last Week: 10<\/p>\n
The Seahawks squeaked one out against the Panthers Sunday on the road but didn\u2019t exactly look spectacular in any part of the game. A win usually means a climb in the Rankings but off an uninspiring performance the Hawks stay the same.<\/p>\n
11. Chargers<\/strong> (5-3) Last Week: 9<\/p>\n
The Chargers have now lost two straight \u2013 they were outclassed by Denver and they were a tad exposed versus Kansas City. San Diego is falling back to earth \u2013 where most saw them before the season started.<\/p>\n
12. Chiefs<\/strong> (4-3) Last Week: 12<\/p>\n
The Chiefs have won four of their last five games and look poised to break into the top 10. Jamaal Charles is that elite back every team covets and the defense is making a name for itself.<\/p>\n
