There were some good performances in the NFL in\u00a0<strong>Week 1<\/strong>, some bad, some expected, some unexpected. Let\u2019s take a look.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>1. Seahawks (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>Any questions about the defending champs were answered in spades Thursday night \u2013 they manhandled a good Packers team and sit atop the Rankings for a reason \u2013 they\u2019re darn good! There are zero holes on the Hawks \u2013 insane.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Broncos (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>The Colts played the Broncos tough but in the end the former champs emerged. Denver\u2019s much maligned defense was challenged in the end and passed the test \u2013 we all know what Peyton and the boys can and will do!<\/p>\n<p>[dfads params=&#8217;groups=63753&amp;limit=1&amp;return_javascript=0&#8242;]<\/p>\n<h3>3. 49ers (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>Surprisingly, the 49ers revamped defense was the difference in Week 1 for this team and when it came time for Colin Kaepernick and crew they were efficient and deadly. A poor preseason is a thing of the past for sure \u2013 the Niners are for real!<\/p>\n<h3>4. Panthers (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>A brand new offensive line and with Derek Anderson in at QB and the Panthers still won against what was supposed to be an improved Tampa squad. The Panthers shut the Bucs out until the fourth quarter proving that Carolina could ride their solid defense a long way.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Eagles (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>Spotted the lowly Jaguars a 17 point lead but trusted themselves and confidently scored 34 unanswered points en route to the win. Phili already looks like the class of the NFC East and sneaks into the top 5 this week.<\/p>\n<p>[dfads params=&#8217;groups=66501&amp;limit=1&amp;return_javascript=0&#8242;]<\/p>\n<h3>6. Bengals (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>The Bengals looked good against Baltimore \u2013 the offense did their thing and the defense, outside of one play to Steve Smith was as advertised. If Andy Dalton has indeed taken that next step, the Bengals are poised to rise in the Rankings soon.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Dolphins (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>This is as big a surprise as any but the Fins, off a wonderful defensive effort are deserving of a top 10 spot. Miami absolutely stifled Brady and the boys in the second half of their game \u2013 impressive indeed.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Falcons (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>Atlanta may not have the best defense but if the offense continues to play like they did Sunday this team is poised to be the biggest come-back of the year. The Falcons scored on seven of their last nine drives \u2013 a healthy Julio Jones, Roddy White and Steven Jackson loom large in the NFC South.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Saints (0-1)<\/h3>\n<p>New Orleans gave up an astounding 568 yards to the buzz-saw that was the Atlanta Falcons. There is still no denying the class on this team \u2013 not ready to bump them out of the top 10 yet.<\/p>\n<h3>10. Patriots (0-1)<\/h3>\n<p>Not ready to give up on the Pats either! We\u2019ll give them a mulligan.<\/p>\n<h3>11. Colts (0-1)<\/h3>\n<p>Ditto for the Colts \u2013 any time you have Andrew Luck, you belong in Dave B\u2019s dirty dozen! No shame in losing to the Broncos in Week 1, especially the way they came back and made a game of it.<\/p>\n<p>[dfads params=&#8217;groups=63752&amp;limit=1&amp;return_javascript=0&#8242;]<\/p>\n<h3>12. Vikings (1-0)<\/h3>\n<p>Absolutely ate up a pretty good defense in St. Louis. Cordarrelle Patterson is a difference maker \u2013 a terrific weapon for a team that could surprise this year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>13. Packers (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>14. Lions (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>15. Cardinals (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>16. Bears (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>17. Titans (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>18. Chargers (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>19. Steelers (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>20. Ravens (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>21. Jets (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>22. Bills (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>23. Buccaneers (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>24. Texans (1-0)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>25. Chiefs (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>26. Cowboys (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>27. Browns (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>28. Jaguars (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>29. Giants (0-1)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>30.
