Meanwhile, Penn State\u2019s rushing attack needs some work, after it managed just two yards per carry on 28 rushes against a weaker Knights\u2019 defense.<\/p>\n The Nittany Lions also need to make a few minor adjustments on the defensive side of the ball as well, after surrendering 246 total yards. <\/p>\n They did however – play well against the run, allowing only 24 rushing yards.<\/p>\n [dfads params=’groups=63739&limit=1&return_javascript=0′]<\/p>\n Penn State will have to have more success on the ground if they\u2019re going to compete in the Big Ten.<\/p>\n Nevertheless, they are a talented team on both sides of the ball, especially against a team like Akron.<\/p>\n I like the Nittany Lions in a blowout here, as Pohl can\u2019t lead the team in running every game, nor carry them to victory alone against teams the caliber of Penn State.<\/p>\n\n
