Ohio State<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Buckeyes were one of the early favourites for a playoff spot before Braxton Miller went down before the season even started.<\/p>\n

That reframed their whole season but this is OSU so the expectations are still pretty high. This will be a stern test with Navy being one of the most disciplined teams in the country.<\/p>\n

The Buckeyes will certainly have the physical advantage but if they are sloppy with it being the first week and all Navy will take advantage.<\/p>\n

They are not in Annapolis but the crowd will be loyal to Navy for sure.<\/p>\n

I was surprised that the line is as big as it is without Braxton and with an untested backup. The Ohio State defense is supposed to be a monster this year and they are going to have to dominate in this one to cover that number.<\/p>\n

The rushing attack of Navy is not intimidated they hung more than 300 yards on a very good Notre Dame defense last year.<\/p>\n

OSU has to get points early to put the pressure on.<\/p>\n

This is a fun one for the Naval Academy. They often play big name schools but rarely in pseudo home games and even more rarely with a really strong chance to win – they lost by just 4 points against OSU back in 2009.<\/p>\n

Navy is a super disciplined triple option running team and if they can have success they can make defenses feel really uncomfortable. Best of all their style wears at teams and their confidence.<\/p>\n

This is not a team to be underestimated.<\/p>\n

Though it is no surprise how Navy will attack this year\u2019s attack is keyed by Keenan Reynolds as super savvy triggerman who scored a ton of touchdowns last year. An effective running game is the only way that they are going to scare the Buckeyes and potentially cash a ticket for backers.<\/p>\n

Given the losses on the OSU side this number looks a little too inflated.<\/p>\n
