The Netherlands and Chile will meet in Sao Paulo in Monday in a seemingly unfathomable match to determine first and second place in Group B. With the shockingly early departure of Group favorite Spain, the Dutch and the Chileans will both move on to the round of 16 but the loser of Monday\u2019s game will likely be matched up against Brazil in their first game of the knockout stage. Arjen Robben and his three goals thus far and youngster Memphis Depay still exist as a dangerous duo up front. The Netherlands have scored eight times so far in the World Cup \u2013 impressive indeed.<\/p>\n

Question marks exist at the back end for the Netherlands \u2013 Australia exposed this team a tad \u2013 something that Chile will have taken note of. Defender Bruno Martins Indi sustained a concussion at the end of the Australia game and is in danger of missing Monday\u2019s match \u2013 his omission along with van Persie\u2019s is something to keep an eye on for sure.

\nChile has been impressive in their two games thus far. After a terrific2-0 win against Spain, Chile is becoming a sexy pick to go a ways in this tournament. Their pressure tactics and uber-quick attack has been a nightmare for their opposition so far \u2013 no reason to think they hold back Monday.<\/p>\n

Chile\u2019s speed has resulted in frequent mistakes by their opposition\u2019s defenders and when given the opportunity, the offense has converted.<\/p>\n

Although Chile doesn\u2019t boast the same marquee names as some of the other teams in the tournament, perhaps no team has been as unified as the Chileans. Four different players have scored Chile\u2019s four goals while Chile\u2019s perceived weakness on defense hasn\u2019t been much of a story so far.<\/p>\n

Juventus star Arturo Vidal, who is sitting on one yellow card already and is slowly battling back to fitness after injury and Internacional`s Charles Aranguiz both skipped training on Friday \u2013 if they sit Monday against the Netherlands, you would have to give the slight advantage to the Dutch.<\/p>\n
