College Hoops teams winning BIG against the spread<\/h2>\n

It took a while but an ACC Conference team finally made its way to the top of the college basketball power rankings.<\/p>\n

Sportsbook betting fans have been waiting for an ACC team to grab hold of the top spot in the power rankings after Big East domination the past few weeks. But college basketball fans didn\u2019t believe it was going to be the team below.<\/p>\n
