LSU\u2019s official announcement on whether or not this game will even be played is scheduled for 10:00 am CT on Tuesday, though it is expected that they will hit the court.<\/p>\n The Wildcats did fly to Baton Rouge on Monday afternoon which is a great boon to the game\u2019s status. As if the weather conditions won\u2019t make it tough enough on Kentucky who will have to make the trip out to Baton Rouge, the team is also just 1-2 in true road games this season, while LSU is 8-2 at home.<\/p>\n In fact, all of Kentucky\u2019s losses on the season have come away from Rupp Arena. The Wildcats have won three in a row in their own building since their last setback at Arkansas. Now Kentucky embarks on a swing that sees them play four of their next five games on the road. LSU has a big-man that causes trouble for opponents as well, as Johnny O\u2019Bryant III is averaging 14.6 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game to lead the team in both categories, including 18.7 points per game over his last three games. O\u2019Bryant will be facing his toughest test yet on Tuesday when he is scheduled to oppose Kentucky sophomore Willie Cauley-Stein who is coming off a performance against Georgia in which he recorded six blocks and six steals. The matchup between Cauley-Stein and O\u2019Bryant will go a long way in deciding what kind of chance LSU has of pulling off the upset.<\/p>\n Kentucky\u2019s road struggles this season are well documented, but there\u2019s no arguing that they are simply playing at another level than LSU right now.
