Luongo is 16-10-6 with a 2.23 goals-against average and .922 save percentage in 33 games this season – his presence has been missed and Edler is the #1 defenseman that the team has been lacking.

*CLICK HERE* GRAB OUR BEST Expert NHL Hockey Picks for 2014 GAMBLING season!

Their availability isn’t known but over the past four games, Henrik Sedin has five assists and Daniel Sedin has four, Chris Higgins has a goal and two assists in the past four and the promotion of Zac Dalpe to the top line has somehow worked. Vancouver’s depth will be tested – Mike Santorelli who has one point in six games and David Booth who is pointless in five have to step up in order for the Canucks to have a chance.
[ad-4437448]
The Kings may be ripe for the picking – 3-6-1 in their last 10 games. The offense has gone south – the Kings have scored two or fewer goals seven times over the last nine games – yuk. Anze Kopitar and Justin Williams have four goals combined in their last nine games – not good enough for a team renowned for its depth. Jeff Carter has been the one constant for this team – 16 points in his last 15 games.

Jonathan Quick looks to be back to form after returning from injury. He was in net the last time these teams played. Quick is an elite guy who is 12-6-1 with a 2.22 GAA and .909 save percentage this year – he has stopped 64 of 67 shots in the last three meetings between the teams and seems to have Vancouver’s number.

Dave’s FREE NHL Betting Prediction

A few trends to consider:
• Under is 6-1-1 in VAN last 8 vs. Pacific.
• Under is 11-2-3 in VAN last 16 Mon. games.
• Under is 5-1-2 in VAN last 8 road games.
• Under is 8-2-3 in LA last 13 home games.
• LA are 2-7 in their last 9 overall.
• LA are 41-13 in their last 54 home games.
• VAN are 3-8 in the last 11 meetings.
• Under is 10-4-5 in the last 19 meetings.

The Vancouver Canucks don’t love to play the Kings – at all!
