The Green Bay Packers are reeling without Aaron Rodgers, and now face a divisional foe in the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field on Sunday. <\/p>\n

His final line wasn\u2019t nearly as impressive. He completed 24 of 34 passes for 339 yards with three interceptions. His favorite target on the day was wide receiver Jordy Nelson, who hauled in eight balls for 117 yards.<\/p>\n The team was expected to lean more heavily on the ground game with Rodgers out, but that never materialized in this one. Running back Eddie Lacy carried the ball 14 times for just 27 yards, although he did score, while fellow back James Starks received just two carries for a net of a loss of a yard.<\/p>\n The Packer defense didn\u2019t give up a whole lot, surrendering just 334 yards on the night, but the Giants got there points when they needed them to pull away in the third quarter. The team was particularly vulnerable to the pass, allowing Giants quarterback Eli Manning to complete 25 of his 35 passes for 279 yards and a score with an interception. The team\u2019s quarterback situation remains a hot mess, with Christian Ponder and Matt Cassel combining to complete 18 of 35 passes for 204 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions. It didn\u2019t help that team\u2019s efforts that top receiver Greg Jennings was a late scratch despite a probable designation, although the good news is that he expected back this weekend.<\/p>\n The Minnesota defense didn\u2019t allow Seattle to do anything all that special, although they didn\u2019t do anything all that special themselves, recording only one sack and failing to force a turnover. <\/p>\n The unit has been dreadful against opposing passing attacks but continues to be formidable against the run, limiting Marshawn Lynch to just 54 yards on 17 carries, although he did score twice on the ground.<\/p>\n As bad as things have looked for the Packers in recent weeks, they\u2019ve looked even worse for the Vikings. While Rodgers is certainly out, Peterson is expected to play, but how much he\u2019ll be able to contribute remains up in the air.
