The offense is still as dangerous as ever, as it\u2019s averaging the third-most points in the country (50.9 per game), and it continues to find balance in the attack despite the recent injury that caused quarterback Marcus Mariota to lose a bit of his mobility. Against Arizona, the Ducks can expect to score points, but they\u2019re going up against a team that is allowing just 22.2 points per contest. Getting players out in space is going to be crucial, which is why we\u2019ll likely see De\u2019Anthony Thomas take more snaps at receiver than we have so far this season.<\/p>\n Making open-field tackles will be as important as ever against Oregon this weekend. If the Ducks do in fact put Thomas out in space, the Wildcats must swarm to the ball every chance they get. The Ducks are 21st in the nation in passing and 10th in rushing, meaning they must stay disciplined while still remaining vigilant.<\/p>\n Offensively, the Wildcats will look to use the ground game against the Ducks, as they have all season against the rest of their opponents. Arizona is the 13th-best rushing team in the country, and as a result, it is scoring 33 points per contest.<\/p>\n Where Arizona is going to be dangerous this weekend is in the zone-read. Arizona quarterback has rushed for 11 touchdowns on the year, and through the right play calling, tailback Ka\u2019Deem Carey has joined him atop the list with 12 of his own.<\/p>\n The problem for the Wildcats is that the Ducks are used to a dual-threat QB. They face one every day in practice, and when it comes down to it, nothing should shock them this week.<\/p>\n This contest is going to come down to one simple concept: how disciplined the Ducks can be. If they turn the ball over the way they did against Stanford, they\u2019ll be in trouble.
