It was the second time in as many wins that the Wildcats have held their opponent to less than 10 points. Meanwhile, Texas Tech (7-2) will look to win its first game against the Wildcats in six meetings between the two schools, while snapping its current two-game losing skid.<\/p>\n The Red Raiders enter Saturday’s contest fresh of a 52-34 loss to No. 12 Oklahoma State, where the defense surrendered nearly 500 total yards. If not for their inconsistent but explosive offense that complied 549 yards of its own, the Wildcats would not have been able to keep pace with the Cowboys.<\/p>\n Most of that offense was fueled by the Red Raiders <\/strong>most productive offensive player \u2014 tight end Jace Amaro, who ranks third in the country in receptions and fifth in receiving yards.
