But this team thrived this season despite having Evgeni Malkin missing 13 games. Chris Kunitz has 40 points in 29 games, Pascal Dupuis has 14 points in 13 games and James Neal has two points in two games. Don\u2019t feel too sorry for the Penguins\u2019 injuries \u2013 there is plenty of talent to fill the void!<\/p>\n
What is seemingly lost during the Pens\u2019 15 game win streak is their defensive play. They are among the leaders in the NHL in goals against allowing 2.33 goals per game. They haven\u2019t allowed a goal in 3 plus games and they have allowed just nine goals in their last 11 games \u2013 amazing.<\/p>\n
It doesn\u2019t matter who starts in goal \u2013 Tomas Vokoun and Marc-Andre Fleury have been lights out \u2013 hands down the best duo in the NHL today.<\/p>\n
